NU Library's Guide to Printing From Your Mobile Device

Check Printer Availability - Mac

Make sure you are connected to the campus PurpleHaze wifi network. Make sure you are sending it to the HOLD-QUEUE. If this is not listed, click the arrows to select it from the list.

After you click Print, you may be asked to enter your name and password. This is your PurplePass username and password which you also use to access Canvas and myNU.

If the HOLD-QUEUE is not found in the printer list, install Mobility Print to add the mobile printing option to your device. Keep this page open throughout this process.

Download the Mobility Print software.

You should be prompted to allow the install. Follow the installation prompts - avoid any custom installation:

You will be prompted to allow the installation to continue, Select OK. Return to the original webpage where you downloaded Mobility Print and click on Step 2 to complete installation.

When you are ready to print, the system will prompt you to log in. Use your full email address and password. Your email should be in the format of:

s0000000@mail.niagara.edu

Your job should arrive at the printers. If you have any issues installing Mobility Print, please contact the IT Department.
