  • Answers reference, research, and technology questions posed by students, faculty, and other library users at designated service points and via virtual reference systems.
  • Conducts personalized in-depth research consultations for writers of capstones, theses, dissertations, major papers, or term projects.
  • Coordinates and promotes outreach events designed to engage patrons through stress relieving, community-building activities.
  • Manages special projects, in particular, relating to the Library's Master Facilities Plan.
  • Assumes the duties of the Library Director in his absence.
