NU Theatre

Niagara University Theatre, the producing entity of the Theatre and Fine Arts Department, is one of the Exterior picture of the front of the Leary Theatreoldest professional theatre training programs in the region, proudly entertaining and educating audiences since 1964. Each season we strive for great variety in our productions, ranging from classical to contemporary, musical to physical theatre, traditional to new works.

With a valid NU ID, enrolled undergraduate students receive free admission to every one of our productions, and NU Employees and Alumni receive discounted admission!!

Auditions are open to any Niagara student, with any major. Auditions for the Fall happen the very first week of school, with opportunities later in the fall for the short play festival and Spring semester. For more information on auditioning email Steve Braddock.

WNY Weather

Winter in Western New York is cold and snowy, with temperatures often around freezing and frequent snowstorms. Invest in a good winter coat, boots, and warm accessories. You can also partake in fun winter activities locally like skiing and ice skating.
