College of Arts and Sciences
Dr. Alexander Bertland, Professor of Philosophy, wrote a review of the book "Defining Nature’s Limits. The Roman Inquisition and the Boundaries of Science" for the journal Annali d'Italianistica.
Dr. Hope Russell, Adjunct Professor of History, has written a book chapter. "A Zambian Fairytale: Shula and the Magic of Rungano Nyoni's I Am Not A Witch," was published in Supernatural Youth in Media. A copy of the book is available in the Library.
College of Education
Dr. Asma Ahmed, Assistant Professor of Education at Niagara University in Ontario, wrote the article "Examining the Potential of a University-Accredited Islamic Education Teacher Training Program: A Conceptual Exploration," in the journal Education Sciences.
Dr. Derron Hilts, Assistant Professor of Education, has co-authored an article with colleagues from another institution. The article, "Ecological Factors That Predict School Counselors' Comprehensive School Counseling Program Implementation," was published in Journal of Counseling & Development.
Dr. Hilts also co-authored a second article with colleagues from other institutions. "An Investigation of Student Outcomes Based on Student-to-School Counselor Ratios," was published in the journal Counseling Scholarship & Practice in Educational Communities.
