Our database IBISWorld is a great source for industry reports for the U.S. and Canada. Now they've added data at the state and province level, which includes:

• US State Economic Profiles - for all 50 states, includes economic overview, industry sectors, and county data
• US Industry State Reports - state-specific data for a variety of industries, including performance and external drivers
• Canada Provincial Economic Profiles - for all provinces and territories, includes economic overview, industry sectors, and labor market
• Canada Industry Provincial Reports - province-specific data for a variety of industries, including performance and external drivers
